Ingredients

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Peanut Powder - 120 gm

Milk Cream - 4-5 tbsp
·
Orange Juice - 250 ml
·
Sugar Powder - 120 gm
·
Saffron Milk - 2 tbsp
(Warm Milk + Pinch of Saffron)
·
Desiccated Coconut - 2 tbsp
·
Almonds - 4-5 pcs
Method
Heat ghee in a pan. Add peanut powder to it. Saute it until it changes aroma. Keep it aside.
In a heated pan add milk cream and stir. Then add orange juice as well and stir.
Now add sugar powder and mix. Let the mixture come to a boil.
Then add the saffron milk and stir again. After this add the peanut powder. Mix it and cook it
until the water evaporates. Keep stirring continuously to avoid getting it to burn.
Add desiccated coconut to the mixture. Mix it properly.
Now take a container and place butter paper in it. Transfer this mixture into the container and
level it up.
Now garnish it with almonds as shown. Chill it overnight.
Peanut fudge is ready.
