Eggless Karachi bakery biscuits Recipe


 Ingredients of Karachi Biscuits

Butter - 115 gm

Sugar Powder  - 120 gm

All-Purpose Flour - 120 gm

Custard Powder - 50 gm

Dry Fruit Powder - 60 gm

Baking Powder  - 1 tsp

Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

Salt - 1/2 tsp

Tutti Frutti - 50 gm

Milk - 50 ml


INSTRUCTIONS



Take a clean bowl. Add melted butter & sugar powder. Mix till light & fluffy.


Add all-purpose flour, custard powder, dry fruit powder, baking powder, cardamom powder, salt & tutti frutti. Combine everything.


Add milk, mix again & make a dough.


Shape the dough into a stick, wrap it using a self-adhesive plastic sheet. Freeze overnight.


After freezing overnight remove the wrap, cut dough into cookie shape pieces.


Align cookies into a baking tray.


Preheat OTG (10 mins) 150°C. Bake (12 mins) 150°C.


Your Karachi biscuits are ready now.
